Webinar Background :

Gallup concluded that “85% of employeeare not actively engaged or (are) actively disengaged at work.” This staggering statistic highlights a significant challenge facing businesses today. Every year, employers invest considerable time and money in hiring and training employees to boost productivity, yet disengaged employees still cost the US economy between $450-550 billion annually. For employers and HR professionals, re-engaging these disengaged employees is a complex challenge. Often, by the time the problem is recognized, it may be too late to salvage the employee’s engagement and productivity.

This issue is distinct from the general effort of creating an engaged workforce. In many cases, employees start their roles highly engaged but gradually lose their enthusiasm and commitment. When this disengagement spirals out of control, it typically ends with the employee either resigning or being terminated, resulting in a loss for both the employee and the employer. Traditional corrective actions often fail, as they tend to further alienate the employee instead of addressing the root causes of disengagement.
